1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and P999 Game (“P999”, “we”, “us”, “our”), accessible at p.999game.io. By using P999 Game in any capacity — downloading the APK, registering an account, depositing funds, playing games, or withdrawing earnings — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on p.999game.io and communicated through in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To use P999 Game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must not have previously been suspended or banned from P999 Game
• You must register with accurate, truthful, and complete information
• You must own or have authorization to use the payment method used for deposits

3. Account Registration & Security

• Each user is permitted to maintain only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must notify P999 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• P999 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• Providing false registration information may result in immediate account suspension.
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Bank Transfer.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are prohibited.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Wallet section and may be updated periodically.
• P999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
• P999 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor issues or incorrect account details entered by the user.
• Deposits made through fraudulent means will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in each promotion.
• Welcome bonus, referral bonus, weekly rewards, monthly rewards, and task rewards are credited as per platform policies and may be updated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• P999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus systems — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Referral bonuses and commissions are only paid for genuine new user registrations and will not be paid for fraudulent referrals.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• All games on P999 operate using random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any artificial assistance to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited and will result in permanent bans.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain is prohibited. Users must report such issues to support immediately.
• P999 reserves the right to void bets and winnings obtained through system errors or technical malfunctions.
• Sports betting outcomes are based on official match results. P999 is not responsible for results from abandoned or postponed matches — specific rules apply per event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on P999 Game:

• Registering multiple accounts or using accounts belonging to others
• Money laundering, financial fraud, or using P999 for any illegal financial activity
• Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise platform security
• Using bots, automation tools, or any software to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Participating if you are under 18 years of age

Violation of prohibited activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on P999 Game — including but not limited to the app design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and software — is the intellectual property of P999 Game or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any P999 content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of P999 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

P999 Game is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• P999 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
• P999 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Gaming involves financial risk. P999 is not liable for financial losses incurred through gameplay.
• P999’s total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding any claim.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

P999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination:

• Any outstanding balance will be reviewed — legitimate balances may be returned after verification
• All bonuses, referral commissions, and promotional credits will be forfeited
• Accounts suspended for fraud will have all associated funds permanently withheld

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of P999 Game shall first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support process. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
