Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works from any P999 Game content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.
Our Intellectual Property Rights
P999 Game owns or has licensed the rights to the following intellectual property on our platform:
- Trademarks: The P999 name, logo, and associated brand elements are trademarks of P999 Game
- Software: The P999 mobile application source code, algorithms, and technical architecture
- Game Content: Original game designs, interfaces, rules presentations, and game mechanics developed by P999
- Visual Design: App graphics, UI/UX design, icons, animations, and visual elements
- Written Content: All text, descriptions, guides, and documentation on p.999game.io
- Licensed Content: Third-party game content (such as JILI Slots) is used under license from respective providers and is their intellectual property
Prohibited Uses
Without express written permission from P999 Game, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any P999 content in any form or medium
- Create clone apps, modified versions, or derivative works of the P999 application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the P999 software
- Use P999 logos, trademarks, or brand elements without written authorization
- Scrape, extract, or systematically download content from p.999game.io
- Create competing products or services using P999 intellectual property
- Distribute modified APK versions of P999 Game through any channel
- Use P999 brand names in SEO, advertising, or marketing without permission
DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on p.999game.io or in the P999 application in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA takedown notice containing all of the following information:
Submit your DMCA notice to our support team through the Help section inside the P999 app or via p.999game.io. We will process valid DMCA notices within 5–10 business days.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was erroneous or based on misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must include:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email
- Identification of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the relevant court
- Your physical or electronic signature
Repeat Infringers
P999 Game maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. Users or third parties who are found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights will have their access to P999 Game permanently terminated. We reserve the right to take additional legal action against repeat infringers.
Permitted Use — Limited License
P999 Game grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the P999 Game application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:
- Sublicense, sell, or transfer the application to any third party
- Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
- Modify or create derivative works based on the application
- Access or attempt to access the application’s source code
